Feedback of Paddle

General 

At SIXEVEN, we take pride in our products, crafted with cutting-edge technology, high-quality materials, and mastership of handcrafting to enhance your game. Our warranty ensures you can play with confidence with our products. 

Our Warranty covers all defects in materials and quality from the manufacturer. It does not cover damage due to improper usage, negligence, abuse, transportation damage, acts of nature, or accidents (including failure to follow the instructions supplied with the product.) 

Limited warranty period 

SIXEVEN warrants the paddles to be free from major defects in workmanship and materials when used for the intended purpose under normal use and conditions for a period of 6 months from the date of receipt on original purchase. 

Coverage 

This warranty covers all manufacturer defects, missing parts, and workmanship. It does not cover damages through due to improper usage, negligence, abuse, transportation damage, acts of nature, or accidents (including failure to follow the instructions supplied with the product.) 

Remedies 

During the limited warranty period, any part or component of the product is found to be defective, SIXEVEN will, at their sole discretion replace the defective part or product with a new part or product. 

Limitations 

SIXEVEN’s obligation to replace or exchange the part or product, shall not exceed the amount of the original purchase price of the product. 

SIXEVEN is not liable for loss of use of the product, or other consequential or incidental costs, expenses, or damages incurred by the customer. 

Exclusions 

Normal wear and tear, damage through improper usage, negligence, acts of nature, or accident (including failure to follow the instructions supplied with the product). 

Used in commercial applications or rentals. 

Modified or repaired by anyone not authorized by SIXEVEN. 

Purchasing from a non-authorized SIXEVEN dealer or purchasing in used condition. 

Not being the original purchaser. 

Shipping 

Costs of shipping and handling will be borne by the customer.
